I have returned from Tampa. I got just ONE run in!
Don't you hate it when you are on a beautiful resort and it's awesome weather but you are caught up in sessions at a conference---LEARNING?!? ;)
I got one run in on Tuesday morning-about 3 miles. (did I mention that I ran 8 with CES on Saturday?) I decided on the other days that my rest was a bit more important so I could avoid getting sick again from being worn out.
Nevertheless, you wonderful blog reading listeners, I am now over it because I have let it all out with you! ;)
I am looking forward to tonight's NIKE Run Lucky Shamrock Shuffle Training Run this evening at Niketown. 615pm! Don't forget the incentives for going! It is the power of the Shamrock 4!
