See the attached press release about Nike being the official footwear and apparel sponsor of the Chicago Marathon! I know there were rumblings as to whether or not this was official, but now you know!

Here are some key notes with details to follow:

MARATHON TRAINING: Do you want free marathon training runs leading up to the marathon?!? Training runs will take place throughout Chicago Monday to Thursday and on Saturday mornings for the good ‘ol long run! Stay tuned and I will post the schedule here!

Club RUN CHI: You have been missing out if you haven’t been attending the Club RUN CHI runs out of Niketown on Thursdays! It is an entirely new format with pacers, food, and raffle prizes EACH WEEK, not just at the end of the month!! Also, the incentives to attend are even better than the old run club--stay tuned and I’ll send you details about those incentives (including free shoes!) and other fun stuff just by running with Club RUN CHI!
