Actually did 5 miles tonight!

I did 5 miles on the treadmill tonight. Then, with my sore abs from Monday I decided to go to abs class again (fine...i planned on going yesterday). I quickly squeezed in 2 sets of upper body exercises and then I bolted because I was starving!

I'm glad I made it out. It's hard to stay motivated when I'm between training programs! FEEL FREE TO REPLY AND MOTIVATE ME!

Hope the Niketown run is not cancelled tomorrow. I suppose the worst scenario would be to run on the treadmill again. I can't skip another night if I'm doing 13.1 on Saturday!!!!
