I hate it when I accidently hit the stop button while on the treadmill! It really throws me off and I'm too eager to get started again to wait until the entire "workout summary" tells me my total so I know how many miles I had completed. (I like to compare the mileage stated on the treadmill vs. my Nike+ system).
I did end up doing roughly 6 miles and was smart to do a nice warmup after coming in from the bitter cold! After that, I did some ab exercises that were featured in Runner's World. A couple of those were particularly tough! But, I made it through. I touched on some lower body strengthening at the end but I was becoming so famished that I had to end sooner than later.
Overall, it wasn't bad and the trip to get a bunch of groceries was another workout in itself when we left carrying so much heavy food!

P.S. I was on the tready yesterday too. God I hate that thing. I'm only going to do a 5K on it today though.
