Pain in the Butt! Ouch!

So...
 
I have a nagging pain to the left of the bottom of my spine.  It's a real PAIN IN THE BUTT!  Is it due to my slackin' on my lower body strengthening exercises that I should have been continuing regularly after my last injury (knee, not here)?  Perhaps!
 
That's why tonight I just did one easy mile on the treadmill, followed by a semi-easy abs class (i wish the instructor actually did the class with us), and then i did my lower body strengthening regimen.  I predict I will be REALLY sore tomorrow--but, it should be that "good sore".  You know what I mean.
 
I apologize to all of you on Nike+ that I may be letting down due to reduced mileage...but I have to listen to my body!
