I am guilty--by the end, I was leading the pack of several Nike runners including Lynn, Russ, Matt, and several others. And, our average pace for the 5.16 miles was 8:09/mile.
Good times! Thanks for pushing me, everyone! It will make my 6 miles I am pacing at 9min/mile with CES on Saturday a piece of cake!!!
