Monday: Paced a great 9:00/miile Nike ClubRUNCHI group for 7 miles out of the AWESOME Fleet Feet!
Tuesday:
30 minute abs class
Low back with 2.5 lbs. 2x 10
Bench press. 95 lbs. 2x10 legs up
"KenChin" dumbbell raises 15 lbs. 2x8
Standing lat pulldown. 2x10. 60 lbs.
Tricep pushdown. 30lbs. 2x20
Bicep curls. 20 lbs. 2x10.
Walking lunges with 4lb ball pocket thing. 2x10. (Um...I'm weak on these and practically fell over...WORK TO DO, KEN!)
One leg half squat. 2x15 each leg
Medicine ball hamstring curls. 2 leg 10 reps. 1 leg 5 reps x 2 each. 2 leg 10 reps.
Standing single leg calf raises. 3x10 each.
Black band sidesteps. 2x14 each leg.
Monster walks fwd and bckwd. 2x10 each leg.
Comprehensive stretching and foam rolling.
