My Challenge of the Day...

This was the first time I did a challenge using my facebook status message:

Ken Chin is making a deal and will do his run with the speed work if he can get $26.20 in donations to his cause by 6 CST http://www.active.com/donate/run2008/KenChinUSA. 

In less than 5 minutes, I had a donation for that amount!  Now, I have NO out and have to do my 10 miles with 8x1200s with 800 cooldowns between each tonight!
