ABS + UPPER!

Yesterday, I did a killer abs class for 30 minutes followed by 2 - 3 sets of lifting for upper. 
 
Nope--no running.  It was one of those days and IT'S OKAY that I didn't get to it! 
 
Tonight's CES run has been cancelled so I'm going to probably hitch up a treadmill and do some random hills--maybe even one of my Nike+ workouts!
 
I hope Niketown is on for manana!
