Ever have one of those days???
I have made my way out my door to head to the gym, but I wouldn't have if I didn't keep getting ready!
I walked the 10th of a block to the bus stop in the freezing cold and am now on the bus. I will probably just do 45 mins on the treadmill.
I am in one of those nesting moods because it is just too darn cold-so, I just want to head home to warmth and food.
This is also a reminder to myself....It is humbling in this weather because we are very lucky to have shelter.
A community service outing for us (YES, YOU TOO!) may be in the works.
